Article 113-7. Nomination of candidates for akims after the deadline for registration of the Constitutional Law on Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. If less than two candidates for akims have been registered as of the end of the candidate registration period, the relevant territorial election commission, by its decision, extends the election period, but not more than fifteen days.
2. If, as a result of the withdrawal of candidates, less than two candidates for akims remain after the end of the registration period in the relevant electoral district, the relevant territorial election commission, by its decision, extends the election period, but not more than fifteen days.
3. In the cases specified in paragraphs 1 and 2 of this Article, the nomination of candidates is carried out in accordance with this Constitutional Law.
