Article 113-9. Repeated election of the Akim of the Constitutional Law on Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. If the elections have been declared invalid, the territorial election commission decides to hold a repeat election.
2. If the candidates have received the largest equal number of votes, the territorial election commission decides to hold a repeat election.
3. Repeated elections shall be held no later than one month after the initial elections. Voting is conducted at the same polling stations and according to the same voter lists compiled for the initial elections.
Electoral events, the implementation of which is provided for in the case of repeat elections, are conducted in accordance with this Constitutional Law within the time limits determined by the territorial election commission.
