1. Expert organizations must include at least five experts in the field of design in specializations corresponding to the main sections (parts) of the construction project: architecture, structural part, engineering networks and systems (by type of engineering networks and systems), technological part (depending on the purpose of the construction site), estimated part.

2. Expert organizations, after their state registration, are required to:

1) to be accredited in accordance with the rules of accreditation of expert organizations;

2) within the framework of record keeping, keep records of the date of receipt of the construction project for a comprehensive non-departmental examination of construction projects and the date of issuance of expert opinions.

This Code regulates public relations related to the implementation of architectural, urban planning and construction activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the formation of a full-fledged habitat and human activity, planning and development of settlements, interuniverse territories, ensuring the safety of construction sites at all stages of their life cycle.
