Article 115-1. Stalking of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Stalking, that is, illegal harassment of a person, expressed in actions aimed at establishing contact and (or) tracking down a person against his will, not involving violence, resulting in significant harm., –
is punishable by a fine in the amount of up to two hundred monthly calculation indices, or correctional labor in the same amount, or community service for up to two hundred hours, or arrest for up to fifty days.
