1. Forestry specialists are subject to legal and social protection in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Forestry specialists working in rural areas shall receive an increase of at least twenty-five percent in official salaries in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. Forestry specialists and enterprises referred to in Article 18-1 of this Code are provided with land plots for cattle grazing and haymaking by decision of local executive bodies.
