Standards of legal aid provision are ensured through the introduction of best practices in the quality of legal aid provision based on the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In order to ensure the quality of legal aid, persons who have appropriate professional training and periodically upgrade their qualifications are allowed to provide it.
