1. Business entities have the right not to allow officials of state control and supervision bodies to inspect in cases of non-compliance by officials with the requirements for conducting an inspection established by this Code.

2. In order to protect their rights and legitimate interests in the course of state control and supervision, business entities have the right to involve third parties in the audit.
