1. Consultations and examinations on medical, as well as on medical-genetic and reproductive health issues of persons wishing to marry (matrimony), and only with their mutual consent, are conducted by health organizations.

2. The results of the examination of a person entering into marriage (matrimony) constitute a medical secret and may be disclosed to the person with whom he intends to enter into marriage (matrimony) only with the consent of the person who underwent the examination.

The exception is cases when a person entering into marriage (matrimony) has a disease that poses a threat to the health of another person entering into marriage (matrimony).
