Article 12. The concept of an individual The Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     Individuals are citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, citizens of other states, as well as stateless persons. The provisions of this chapter apply to all individuals, unless otherwise provided by this Code.
