Article 125. Establishment and publication of the results of elections of members of local self-government bodies of the Constitutional Law on Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. The election results shall be determined at a meeting of the territorial election commission on the basis of the protocols of precinct election commissions no later than three days after the election day. A protocol is drawn up on the election results, signed by the chairman and members of the territorial commission.
1-1. Candidates who have received more votes than other candidates are considered to be elected members of local self-government bodies in accordance with their existing mandates.
2. Other issues related to the establishment and publication of election results are resolved in accordance with the rules established in the General Part of this Constitutional Law.
