1. The duration of all non-expired procedural periods is suspended with the suspension of the proceedings on the case. The suspension of time limits begins on the day the court issues a ruling on the suspension of proceedings on the grounds provided for in this Code.

2. From the date of the court's ruling on the resumption of proceedings in the case, the course of the procedural time limits continues.
