Article 13. Ensuring the safety of judges of the Constitutional Court of the Constitutional Law On the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     Judges of the Constitutional Court, their family members, as well as their property are protected by the State.

     The internal affairs bodies are obliged to take timely and comprehensive measures to ensure the safety of the judge of the Constitutional Court and his family members, the safety of their property, if the judge receives a corresponding appeal.

     The damage caused to a judge of the Constitutional Court and his property in connection with his professional activity is compensated from the republican budget.
