1. The entities ensuring the development of aquaculture are individuals or legal entities engaged in:

1) activities related to the production of feed for aquaculture facilities;

2) breeding and breeding work in the field of fish farming in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on breeding livestock.

2. Entities ensuring the development of aquaculture shall be provided with measures of state stimulation of aquaculture provided for by this Law and other laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, on the terms and in accordance with the procedure determined by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. Entities that ensure the development of aquaculture:

1) are registered in the aquaculture information system in accordance with the procedure determined by the authorized body;

2) submit administrative data to the authorized body in accordance with the forms approved in coordination with the authorized body in the field of state statistics intended for the collection of administrative data in the field of aquaculture;

3) provide information on the fulfillment of counter obligations in accordance with the rules approved by the authorized body;

4) submit to the authorized body other data and (or) information (information) provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
