The National Body for Professional Qualifications, which carries out advisory and methodological activities on the issues of the National Qualifications System in accordance with this Law and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, is established by decision of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the form of a joint-stock company.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 4, 2023 No. 14-VIII SAM.

This Law regulates public relations in the field of recognition of professional qualifications within the framework of the National Qualifications System.
