1. The trust of a participant in an administrative procedure in the activities of an administrative body or official is protected by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. An administrative act, administrative action (inaction) shall be considered lawful and justified until the administrative body, official or court establishes otherwise in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. An illegal administrative act adopted through the fault of an administrative body or official, as well as an illegal administrative act (inaction) committed through the fault of an administrative body or official, may not entail burdensome consequences for a participant in an administrative procedure.

4. The right to trust cannot be a justification for committing illegal actions (inaction).
