Article 13. The patent holder of the breeding achievement of the Law On the Protection of Breeding Achievements
A patent is issued:
1) to the author(s);
2) his heir(s);
3) individuals and (or) legal entities (with their consent) who are indicated by the author(s) or his (their) legal successor in an application for a selection achievement or in an application submitted to an expert organization prior to the decision to grant a patent for a selection achievement;
4) to the employer, if the selection achievement was created, revealed or deduced by the employee while performing official duties or official duties.
If there are several persons in whose name a patent is sought, they are granted one patent.
