 1. Field allowances are paid to employees of geological exploration, topographic, geodetic, and survey organizations when performing work in the field.:

1) outside the permanent place of residence without daily return to the permanent place of residence;

2) outside the permanent place of residence, but with a daily return to the base of the field organization, which is also not a permanent place of residence;

3) outside the permanent place of residence by organizing work in shifts.

2. The procedure, conditions of payment and the amount of field allowances, accounting for time spent working in the field are established in agreements, collective agreements, and employment contracts and are approved by an act of the employer.
