The court order is issued according to the requirements:

1) collection of debts from individuals on customs payments, taxes, special, anti-dumping, countervailing duties, penalties, interest;

2) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 20, 2021 No. 84-VII (effective from 08/01/2022);

3) on the execution of agreements on the settlement of disputes (conflicts) by way of mediation, concluded by way of pre-trial settlement in cases established by law or provided for by contract;

4) on the recovery of alimony for the maintenance of minor children, not related to the establishment of paternity (motherhood) or the need to involve third parties;

7) on the reimbursement of expenses related to the search for the defendant, the defendant and (or) the child, declared by the authorized bodies;

8) on the execution of agreements on disputes related to entrepreneurial and investment activities concluded by way of pre-trial settlement in cases established by law or stipulated by contract;

9) on the execution of agreements on insurance disputes and disputes arising from bank loan agreements concluded by way of pre-trial settlement in cases established by law or stipulated by the contract;

10) on the execution of agreements on disputes in the field of consumer rights protection concluded by way of pre-trial settlement in cases established by law or provided for by contract;

11) on the execution of agreements on disputes in the field of intellectual property rights protection concluded by way of pre-trial settlement in cases established by law or provided for by contract;

12) on the recovery of a one-time monetary remuneration provided for in the contract for military service, in case of early termination of the contract on the initiative of a serviceman;

13) on the recovery of amounts spent on the training of cadets of educational institutions who voluntarily stopped studying or serving, as well as those dismissed or expelled on the grounds provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, before the expiration of the period stipulated in the contract.;

14) on the recovery of state grants from persons who have stopped studying or have not returned to the Republic of Kazakhstan after graduating from an educational institution in a foreign country or who have violated the obligation to return the grant provided for in the agreement;

15) on the recovery of state grants, lifting fees, and allowances from young professionals sent to rural areas in case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of their obligations under contracts;

16) on the return to the budget of the one-time monetary payment paid in connection with the adoption of an orphaned child and (or) a child left without parental care, in case of cancellation of the adoption;

17) on the recovery of lease payments due to their non-payment within the time limits established by the lease agreement declared by the state body;

18) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 06/10/2020 No. 342-VI (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication);

19) on the execution of agreements on disputes in the field of marriage and family relations concluded by way of pre-trial settlement in cases established by law or provided for by contract;

20) on the execution of agreements on disputes concerning the publication of a refutation of information discrediting the honor, dignity or business reputation of a citizen and the business reputation of a legal entity, or a response in the media;

21) on the execution of other agreements concluded in the order of pre-trial settlement of disputes in cases established by law or stipulated by the contract.
