Supervision is carried out:

4) ensuring aviation security;

5) in the field of merchant shipping;

6) in the field of inland waterway transport;

7) in the field of architecture, urban planning and construction;

8) in the field of veterinary medicine;

9) in the field of plant quarantine;

10) in the sphere of sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population;

10-1) in the field of technical regulation regarding the release into circulation of products for their compliance with the requirements of technical regulations;

10-2) in the field of medical services (assistance);

11) supervision of the financial market and financial organizations and in the field of financial legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

12) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 07/02/2018 No. 168-VI (effective after ten calendar days from the date of its first official publication);
