Authorized body in the field of education:

1) ensures that persons with disabilities receive education in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) implements the state policy in the field of providing special social services in the field of education;

3) develops and approves standards for the provision of special social services in the field of education and protection of children's rights;

4) carries out:

control over the provision of special social services;

interaction with individuals and legal entities, the authorized state body and other state bodies on the provision of special social services;

5) develops and approves, within its competence, regulatory legal acts in the field of social protection;

6) exercise other powers provided for by this Code, other laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
