1. The judicial authorities shall introduce an idea on the elimination of violations of the law.:

1) in respect of normative legal acts that are subject to state registration with the judicial authorities, but have not passed it;

2) with respect to normative legal acts of central and local state bodies, akims, applied by them, but not published in accordance with the established procedure, the publication of which is mandatory in accordance with Article 4 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) with respect to regulatory legal acts subject to state registration with judicial authorities that contradict the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) in other cases established by legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. The submission is submitted to the relevant state body (official) or to a higher authority (official).

3. The submission is subject to consideration by a state body or an official of a higher authority with the mandatory adoption of measures to eliminate violations of the rule of law, as well as the causes and conditions contributing to them, within the time limits established by the judicial authorities, but no later than thirty calendar days.

The judicial authorities have the right to participate in the consideration of the submission. The judicial body must be notified of the time and place of consideration of the submission by a State body or an official no later than three calendar days prior to the day of consideration of the submission.

4. The results of the consideration of the submission and the measures taken are reported to the judicial authorities within three working days from the date of consideration of the submission.
