1. The Fund's Board of Directors may instruct the Chairman of the Fund's Management Board to form an audit group to analyze the impact of the activities of organizations within the Fund's group on the development of the economy or a particular branch of the economy (hereinafter referred to as the analysis) or to conduct an external audit of organizations within the Fund's group, within the limits of the funds allocated in the Fund's budget.

2. The results of the analysis of an organization belonging to the Fund's group are formalized in an act that is submitted to the Fund's board of Directors.

3. When cases of ineffective activities of an organization belonging to the Fund's group are identified, the Fund's bodies take the necessary measures to improve the effectiveness of such an organization.";

5) paragraph 3 of Article 24 should be supplemented with subparagraph 8) as follows:

"8) determining the staffing of the anti-corruption compliance service, appointing its head or a responsible person performing the functions of the anti-corruption compliance service, as well as determining the term of office, the amount of the official salary and remuneration conditions for the head of the anti-corruption compliance service or a responsible person performing the functions of the anti-corruption compliance service.

This Law defines the legal status, operating procedure, goals, objectives and powers of the National Welfare Fund, the procedure for interaction between the National Welfare Fund and government agencies, as well as certain features of the legal status of legal entities whose shares belong to the National Welfare Fund and other organizations belonging to the National Welfare Fund group.
