Article 15-26. Responsibility of subjects of behavioral supervision for the activities of authorized agents in the provision of financial products of the Law on State Regulation, Control and Supervision of the Financial Market and Financial Organizations

When providing financial products through authorized agents, subjects of behavioral supervision are required to:

1) keep a register of authorized agents in accordance with the procedure established by the internal document of the subject of behavioral supervision;

2) to ensure the professional competence of authorized agents necessary for the provision of financial products;

3) to monitor compliance by authorized agents with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and internal documents of the subject of behavioral supervision regulating the provision of financial products.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 4, 2003 No. 474-II.

This Law regulates public relations related to the implementation of state regulation, control and supervision of the financial market and financial organizations, and is aimed at increasing the stability of the financial system of the Republic of Kazakhstan and creating conditions to prevent violations of the rights and legitimate interests of consumers of financial services.
