Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) develops the main directions and ensures the implementation of the state policy in the field of labor, safety and labor protection;

2) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 04/19/2023 No. 223-VII (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication). 3) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 04/19/2023 No. 223-VII (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication).

4) approves the system of remuneration for civil servants, employees of organizations maintained at the expense of the state budget, employees of state-owned enterprises;

5) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 04/19/2023 No. 223-VII (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication).

6) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 04/19/2023 No. 223-VII (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication).

8) approves the methodology for determining the minimum monthly wage.
