1. The Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan approves:

1) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 04/19/2023 No. 223-VII (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication).

2) rules for accounting, storage, evaluation and further use of property that has been converted (to be converted) into state ownership on separate grounds;

2. The Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan performs other functions assigned to it by the Constitution, this Code, laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan and acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
