Article 15. Joint Commission on the Quality of Medical Services Code on the Health of the People and the Healthcare System of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. The Joint Commission on the Quality of Medical Services is established to develop recommendations for improving standardization, clinical protocols, standards for quality control and accessibility of healthcare services, as well as the accreditation of entities in accordance with Article 25 of this Code.
2. The Joint Commission on the Quality of Medical Services is formed from representatives of government agencies, non-governmental organizations, state and non-governmental healthcare organizations.
3. The procedure for the formation of the joint commission on the quality of medical services and the regulations on its activities are determined by the authorized body.
