1. Owners and owners of artificial intelligence systems have the right:

1) determine the conditions and limitations of using artificial intelligence systems;

2) implement measures to protect their rights to artificial intelligence systems.

2. The owners and owners of artificial intelligence systems are obliged to:

1) to manage the risks of artificial intelligence systems;

2) take measures to ensure the security and reliability of artificial intelligence systems, including protection against unauthorized access and failures in their operation;

3) maintain documentation on the artificial intelligence system, depending on the degree of its impact on the safety, rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of individuals, and public order in accordance with the list of documentation on artificial intelligence systems.;

4) provide user support on the functioning of artificial intelligence systems;

5) provide users with the opportunity to review the user agreement of the artificial intelligence system before using it.

3. The owners and owners have other rights and perform other duties established by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
