Article 158. Provision of information from the State Land cadastre and use of information from the Cadastre of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Information from the State land cadastre about a certain land plot is provided in the form of extracts.

2. The documentation of the information of the state land cadastre is carried out on paper and electronic media. If there are discrepancies in the information recorded on paper and the information recorded on electronic media, the information recorded on paper media shall prevail, unless otherwise established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. The cadastre information about land plots is correlated with the land cadastre maps.

4. Excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 10.01.2006 No. 116 (for the procedure of entry into force, see art.

5. State bodies, a State corporation and officials who maintain the state land cadastre are required to ensure the accuracy of information included in the land cadastre documentation.

6. Information from the land registry that does not contain state secrets or other restrictions is publicly available and is provided to interested individuals and legal entities on a fee basis. The provision of land cadastre information to state bodies is carried out free of charge at the expense of budgetary funds provided for this purpose.

The deadline for providing such information should not exceed three working days from the date of submission of the application.
