Article 16-3. Structure and composition of the Cassation Court of the Constitutional Law on the Judicial System and the Status of Judges of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. The Court of Cassation shall consist of a chairman and judges.

     2. Specialized structures may be created in the Court of Cassation.

     3. Specialized panels are formed by the Chairman of the Court of Cassation.

     4. The body of the cassation court is the plenary session.

     5. An advisory body, the Council for Interaction with the Courts, is formed at the Court of Cassation to assess the moral qualities of candidates for the position of judge.

     Opinions on candidates for judges of the Court of Cassation must be issued by the Council for Cooperation with the Courts before the deadline for submitting documents to the Supreme Judicial Council.

     The opinion of the Council for Cooperation with the Courts is advisory in nature.
