1. Citizens' registration with local military authorities is a military registration measure conducted by local military authorities for the initial registration of citizens.

2. The following are subject to postscript to the local military administration bodies:

1) male citizens upon reaching the age of seventeen;

2) male citizens who were not previously registered in the military;

3) persons who have acquired the citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan, with the exception of the persons specified in paragraph 1 of Article 15 of this Law;

4) female citizens with a military accounting specialty.

3. The registration of citizens to local military authorities is carried out in accordance with the rules of military registration of conscripts and conscripts.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 16, 2012 No. 561-IV SAM.

This Law regulates public relations in the field of military service by citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan and defines the foundations of the state policy on social security for military personnel.
