1. In order to stimulate the development of business entities, the State implements a set of measures aimed at creating favorable legal, economic, social conditions and guarantees for the implementation of entrepreneurial initiatives.

2. Business activity is stimulated, among other things, by ensuring the protection and support of entrepreneurship.
