Article 168. Provision of persons with disabilities with goods and services, services for the transportation of persons with disabilities on invataxi through the portal of social services of the Social Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Persons with disabilities carry out orders for the purchase of goods and (or) services in accordance with the recommendations in the individual program, with the exception of services for the transportation of persons with disabilities by invataxi.

Orders for the provision of services for the transportation of persons with disabilities on invataxi are carried out by persons with disabilities specified in the rules for the provision of services for the transportation of persons with disabilities by road, who have valid medical advisory commission certificates issued for the period of disability through the social services portal.

2. An order for the purchase of goods and (or) services by a person with a disability is carried out within two months from the date of notification of his/her referral of individual program activities to the social services portal.

3. A person with a disability has the right to be reimbursed by local executive authorities for the cost of goods and (or) services, but not more than the guaranteed amount established in accordance with the procedure determined by the authorized state body.

The difference between the guaranteed amount and the actual cost of the purchased goods and/or services is paid for by a person with a disability at their own expense.

3-1. A person with a disability specified in the second part of paragraph 1 of this Article has the right to reimbursement of the cost of services for the transportation of persons with disabilities on an invataxi based on the methodology for determining the guaranteed amount provided as compensation for the cost of goods and (or) services, services for the transportation of persons with disabilities on an invataxi purchased by persons with disabilities through the social services portal.

The guaranteed amount provided as compensation for the cost of services for the transportation of persons with disabilities on an invataxi is paid in the amount determined by local executive bodies at the expense of the local budget.

4. One of the legal representatives accompanying a child with a disability to sanatorium treatment has the right to be reimbursed by local executive authorities for the cost of staying at a sanatorium organization in the amount of seventy percent of the guaranteed amount provided as compensation for the cost of sanatorium treatment, determined by an authorized state body.

5. The guaranteed amount provided as compensation for the cost of goods and (or) services, with the exception of services for the transportation of persons with disabilities on an invataxi, is paid in accordance with the procedure and amounts determined by the authorized state body.
