1. Civilian personnel participating (who participated) in a peacekeeping operation shall be granted an additional paid annual leave of fourteen calendar days within one year after their arrival from the peacekeeping operation.

2. During the period of participation in a peacekeeping operation and peacekeeping training, civilian personnel retain their place of work in a government agency (organization).

3. In cases of death (death) of a civilian personnel during a peacekeeping operation, as well as as a result of injury (injury, injury, contusion), illness resulting from participation in a peacekeeping operation, disability or injury (injury, injury, contusion) during a peacekeeping operation, a one-time compensation is paid in the amount of in accordance with the procedure determined by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. In cases of death (death) of a civilian person during a peacekeeping operation, as well as as a result of injury (injury, injury, contusion), illness resulting from participation in a peacekeeping operation, a lump sum is paid to the heirs of a civilian person before the expiration of one year from the date of completion of the person's participation in a peacekeeping operation. compensation in the amount of five years of salary for the last position held on the day of death (death).

5. One-time compensation for the establishment of disability for a civilian personnel during participation in a peacekeeping operation or as a result of injury (injury, injury, contusion), illness resulting from participation in a peacekeeping operation, before the expiration of one year from the date of completion of the person's participation in a peacekeeping operation, is paid at the last place of work (position) in size:

1) a person with a disability of the first group – a thirty-month salary;

2) a person with a disability of the second group – eighteen months salary;

3) a person with a disability of the third group – a six-month salary.

6. One-time compensation shall not be paid if, in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, it is proved that the death (death) of a civilian personnel or injury (injury, injury, concussion) has occurred.:

1) as a result of suicide, with the exception of cases of driving to suicide in the presence of a court verdict that has entered into legal force;

2) when committing criminal or administrative offenses;

3) due to the use or application of substances that cause a state of alcoholic, narcotic or other type of intoxication.;

4) as a result of intentionally inflicting any bodily injury (self-mutilation) or other harm to one's health in order to receive one-time compensation or evade duties.

7. If a person from among the civilian personnel receives serious injury (wounds, injuries, contusions) during the period of participation in a peacekeeping operation that did not result in disability, he is paid a one–time compensation in the amount of one and a half months' salary; minor injury - half of the monthly salary.

8. The burial of a civilian personnel who died while participating in a peacekeeping operation or died as a result of injury (injury, injury, contusion), disease resulting from participation in a peacekeeping operation, before the expiration of one year from the date of completion of the person's participation in a peacekeeping operation, is carried out in the Republic of Kazakhstan in the area of his choice relatives. All expenses related to the preparation for transportation of the body, transportation of the body, burial, manufacture and installation of a tombstone monument are carried out at the expense of the state body (organization), whose employee was civilian personnel, in the amounts established by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan for military personnel of the Armed Forces, other troops and military formations of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
