Collection, embezzlement or storage of information constituting state secrets for the purpose of transfer to a foreign state, international or foreign organization or their representatives, as well as transfer or collection of other information on behalf of foreign intelligence for use against the national interests of the Republic of Kazakhstan, if these actions are committed by a foreign citizen or stateless person, –

punishable by imprisonment for a term of ten to fifteen years.
