Article 18. Licensing of import into the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan from non-member States of the Eurasian Economic Union and export from the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan to these states of human organs (parts of organs) and (or) tissues (parts of tissues), blood and its components Code on the Health of the People and the Healthcare System of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. The import into the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan from non-member states of the Eurasian Economic Union and the export from the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan to these States of human organs (parts of organs) and (or) tissues (parts of tissues), blood and its components, if placed under the customs procedure for export or release for domestic consumption, are carried out on the basis of a license issued in accordance with the procedure established by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Permits and Notifications".

     2. The authorized body makes a decision within three working days to issue or refuse to issue a license for the import and export of human tissues (parts of tissue), blood and its components, and for the import and export of human organs (parts of organs) – within one working day.
