1. An employer, at his own expense, is obliged to organize periodic medical examinations and examinations of employees engaged in heavy work, work with harmful and (or) dangerous working conditions, in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Workers engaged in high-risk jobs involving machinery and mechanisms must undergo a pre-shift medical examination. The list of professions requiring a pre-shift medical examination is determined by the authorized body in the field of healthcare.
