Article 187. Claims that are not covered by the statute of limitations of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
The statute of limitations does not apply:
1) claims for the protection of intangible assets and personal non-property rights, except in cases provided for by legislative acts;
2) depositors' claims to the bank for issuing bank deposits;
3) claims for compensation for damage caused to the life or health of a citizen. However, claims filed after the expiration of the limitation period are satisfied no more than three years prior to the filing of the claim.;
4) to the demands of the owner or other lawful owner for the elimination of any violations of his right, if these violations were not combined with the deprivation of possession (Articles 264, 265 of this Code);
5) in cases established by legislative acts - and other requirements.
