1. Rapid response measures are the methods of influencing the inspected entities in order to prevent the occurrence of socially dangerous consequences, applied during the implementation and based on the results of the inspection.

2. Rapid response measures are applied by officials of the department of the authorized body, territorial divisions in the event that the activities of the inspected entities pose an immediate threat to the conservation of the biological diversity of forests, objects of the state nature reserve fund, cultural and natural heritage.

3. Rapid response measures include:

1) detention and delivery to law enforcement agencies of persons who have committed offenses in the field of forest legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in terms of protection, protection, use of forest resources, reproduction of forests and afforestation, as well as control over unauthorized seizure of objects of flora and fauna, compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of protection, reproduction and use of wildlife; and specially protected natural areas;

2) seizure from individuals and legal entities, as well as officials of illegally extracted forest and wildlife resources, tools for their extraction, as well as vehicles;

3) suspension of the activities of state forest owners or forest users by suspending for a period of no more than three working days the validity of a logging ticket or a forest ticket;

4) restriction of types of forest management;

5) termination of the right of forest use in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
