Article 19-4. The law of the commission on state regulation of the development of the agro-industrial complex and rural areas on ensuring the implementation of price stabilization mechanisms for socially important food products

1.the commission for ensuring the implementation of price stabilization mechanisms for socially significant food products (hereinafter referred to as the commission) is established in order to ensure the effective and timely application of price stabilization mechanisms for socially significant food products.

2.excluded by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 02.04.2019 No. 241 - VI (entered into force on the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication).

3.the Akim of the region, the city of Republican significance, and the capital forms and approves the commission's composition. The chairman of the commission is the deputy akim of the region, the city of Republican significance, the Capital, employees of the departments (departments) of entrepreneurship, trade and agriculture, as well as representatives of associations of private business entities and public organizations are members of the commission. The commission carries out its activities on a permanent basis.

The number of the commission must be an odd number and not less than nine people. At the same time, two-thirds of the members of the commission must be representatives of associations of private business entities and public organizations. The secretary of the commission is not a member of it.

4. the competence of the Commission:

1)excluded by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 02.04.2019 No. 241 - VI (entered into force on the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication);

2) determination of the list of food products purchased to the regional food Stabilization Fund in order to implement the mechanism for the formation and use of food stabilization funds and the maximum trade allowance for them;

3) excluded - by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 02.04.2019 No. 241-VI (entered into force on the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication); 4) excluded - by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 02.04.2019 No. 241-VI (entered into force on the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication);

5) making a decision on the implementation of mechanisms for stabilizing prices for socially significant food products in the relevant administrative-territorial unit;

6) determination of a business entity for lending in accordance with the rules for the implementation of price stabilization mechanisms for socially important food products;

7) consideration of proposals of a specialized organization to determine the maximum trade allowance for socially significant food products.

Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 8, 2005 No. 66.

This law defines the legal, organizational, economic and social foundations for the implementation of state regulation of the development of the agro-industrial complex and rural areas in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
