Article 19. Analyst of the Constitutional Court of the Constitutional Law On the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. An analyst of the Constitutional Court is a civil servant who provides legal and scientific-analytical support for constitutional proceedings and promotes proper consideration of appeals submitted to the Constitutional Court.
2. Analyst of the Constitutional Court:
1) in cooperation with the judge of the Constitutional Court, the Rapporteur, takes measures to prepare materials for the session of the Constitutional Court.;
2) prepares drafts of procedural documents on the involvement of experts (specialists), interviewing interested parties and carrying out other actions on the appeal;
3) analyzes and summarizes the materials of the constitutional proceedings with the preparation of a report for the judges of the Constitutional Court;
4) performs other functions established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
