Private business entities participate in the development and examination of draft regulatory legal acts, draft international treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as international treaties to which the Republic of Kazakhstan intends to become a party, affecting the interests of business entities, through the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and expert councils on private entrepreneurship (hereinafter referred to as expert councils).
