Article 19. Probation control of the Penal Enforcement Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. Probation control is carried out in relation to persons:

     1) those sentenced to punishment in the form of restriction of freedom;

     2) probation prisoners;

     3) released on parole from serving a sentence of imprisonment.

     2. The duration of probation control is determined by a verdict or court order.
