In case of termination of the arbitrator's powers, another arbitrator is elected (appointed) in accordance with the rules that were applied when electing (appointing) the replaced arbitrator.

An arbitrator who has been elected (appointed) as a substitute has the right to order repeated hearings on the case.

This Law regulates public relations arising in the course of arbitration activities in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as the procedure and conditions for the recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards in Kazakhstan.
