Article 190. The risk of accidental death or accidental damage to property of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. The risk of accidental loss or accidental damage of the alienated items passes to the acquirer simultaneously with the emergence of his ownership rights, unless otherwise established by legislative acts or a contract.

     2. If the alienator has guiltily delayed the transfer of things or the acquirer has guiltily delayed the acceptance of them, the risk of accidental death or accidental damage is borne by the overdue party.
