1.the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on combating extremism is based on the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan and consists of existing laws and foreign normative legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2.if there is an international agreement, ratified by the Republic of Kazakhstan, foreign laws have been established, which are applied in the current legislation, then there is an international agreement.

This law defines the legal and organizational basis for Countering Extremism in order to protect the rights and freedoms of Man and citizen, the foundations of the constitutional system, ensure the sovereignty of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the integrity, inviolability and indivisibility of its territory, and national security.
