Central Authorized Body for budget Execution:

1) implements, within its competence, the state policy in the field of public-private partnership;

2) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 12/30/2022 No. 177-VII (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication);

3) approves the tender (auction) documentation of the public-private partnership project and the draft public-private partnership agreement, including when making appropriate amendments and (or) additions to them for republican public-private partnership projects.;

4) concludes contracts of state guarantees and state guarantees under public-private partnership agreements;

5) maintains a register of state guarantees and guarantees provided by the state under public-private partnership agreements;

6) records the acceptance and fulfillment of financial obligations of the state under public-private partnership agreements; - Excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

6-1) provides information on the financial obligations of the state under public-private partnership agreements to the central authorized body for state planning in the field of public-private partnership in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.;

7) performs other functions stipulated by this Law, other laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

This Law defines the legal conditions of a public-private partnership, its methods of implementation and regulates public relations arising in the process of preparing and implementing a public-private partnership project, concluding, executing and terminating a public-private partnership agreement.
