Article 21. Ensuring transparency in the use of artificial intelligence systems of the Artificial Intelligence Act
1. Users should be informed that goods, works and services are produced or provided using artificial intelligence systems.
2. The dissemination of synthetic results of artificial intelligence systems is allowed only if they are marked in machine-readable form and accompanied by a visual or other form of warning that allows the user to perceive without using methods that make such perception difficult.
3. The responsibility for informing users about the synthetic results of artificial intelligence systems lies with the owners or owners of such systems.
4. The requirements for decision-making based solely on automated processing of personal data are established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on personal data and their protection.
5. The responsibility to ensure that the results of the activities of artificial intelligence systems comply with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan lies with the owners and (or) owners of artificial intelligence systems.
