Article 21. General crime prevention measures The Law on the Prevention of Offenses
General crime prevention measures are implemented by applying:
1) measures to protect socially vulnerable segments of the population;
2) organizational and managerial measures aimed at eliminating errors and omissions in the management of the economy, the social sphere, law enforcement, as well as improving regulatory, informational, methodological and resource support for the prevention of offenses;
3) ideological measures that eliminate or limit criminogenic factors by forming moral qualities among citizens focused on universal human values, law-abiding behavior, intolerance to illegal behavior, and enhancing general, domestic and legal culture;
4) achievements of science and technology that prevent the commission of offenses.
It is prohibited to wear items of clothing in public places that interfere with face recognition, except in cases where it is necessary to comply with the requirements of the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, official (official, labor) duties, for medical purposes, civil protection, under weather conditions, as well as for persons directly involved in sports, mass sports and cultural and mass events.
The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 29, 2010 No. 271-IV.
This Law defines the legal, economic, social and organizational bases of the activities of state bodies, local governments, organizations and citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the prevention of offenses.
