Article 21. Grounds for termination of the right of subsurface use Code on Subsurface and Subsurface Use Republic of Kazakhstan  

     1. No one may be deprived of the right of subsurface use except on the grounds established by this Code and other laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

     2. The right of subsurface use is terminated with the termination of the license or contract for subsurface use.
