Article 21. Limited State participation in entrepreneurial activities of the Entrepreneurial Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan  

     1. The state participates in entrepreneurial activity within the limits limited by this Code and the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

     2. In order to develop private entrepreneurship and competition, the State takes measures aimed at reducing the share of state participation in entrepreneurial activity by limiting the creation of state-owned legal entities in the field of entrepreneurship, legal entities with state participation in the authorized capital.
